OSHS Student Driving Information

All students driving on campus must have a valid drivers license and proof of insurance to purchase a parking pass. You can launch the application by clicking here.

You can pay for parking decals here.

If under 18 years of age, you must show proof to the DMV that you are in school to obtain a driver's license by presenting a signed Certification of School Attendance form obtained from the school that you are attending.

A school official must sign and notarize the form to be valid. Due to these requirements, you must complete this request two days prior to the date that you will need the form returned to you. (Note: This form is not valid if over 30 days old.)
