Parent is a current OSSD Employee
This form is to be used for annual enrollment/re-registration for students whose parents are instructional employees of OSSD, but live outside of the district limits.
Petition to Transfer Student to Another District
This form is only for students residing within the boundaries of OSSD, but attending another school district.
