About Me:

I am a life long Ocean Springs resident who graduated from OSHS in 2003. I have 10+years in the culinary industry. I attended college at MGCCC and South Alabama. I enjoy boating, fishing, being outdoors, and cooking. 

About Culinary I and II: 

Culinary arts is a pathway for students in the Hospitality and Tourism Career Cluster.  The Culinary Arts Pathway includes classroom and hands-on experiences that will prepare the students for employment or continuing education in the foodservice industry.  This program was written to incorporate the National Restaurant Associations (NRA) ProStart learning objectives.  Any student who successfully completes this program and the mentoring requirements will be eligible to take the National Prostart Certificate of Achievement exam, which is a certification recognized in the foodservice industry nationwide.  A $15 lab fee is required for this course, due within the first two weeks of class.
